These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of the operator of the Taprofi social network (“Operator”) and users of this platform (“User” or “Users”). By using the Taprofi platform, the User agrees to these Terms. If the User disagrees with the Terms, they are not authorized to use the platform’s services.

Taprofi is an online social network enabling entrepreneurs and sole traders to promote their services, communicate with customers, manage projects, and offer or attend courses and trainings. A Professional is a registered User who is a legal entity or sole trader offering services through the platform. A Customer is a registered User seeking services provided by Professionals.

Each User must follow these rules when registering:

• Professionals must provide truthful company data, including business register details and contact information. Registration of Professionals is subject to a monthly fee, the amount of which will be determined and published on the platform.
• Customers must provide accurate personal information, such as name and contact details. Registration for Customers is free of charge.

The User must comply with the following rules:

• Posts must be truthful and must not contain offensive content regarding religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, or other sensitive topics. Illegal, misleading, defamatory, or obscene content is prohibited.
• Users may submit requests to which Professionals can respond. Comments, ratings, and reviews are allowed, but must be based on real experiences and must not contain vulgar or offensive language.

• Monthly fee for Professionals for using the platform; the amount will be determined and published on the platform.
• Paid services for Professionals, such as advertising or increased visibility of posts.
• Payments are processed via the STRIPE payment gateway.

Each Professional is solely responsible for the quality and expertise of the services provided. The Operator is not liable for services provided by Professionals and acts only as an intermediary. Any disputes between Users are resolved by the parties themselves.

The Operator collects data on Professionals from the business register and their contact information. For Customers, only necessary personal data such as name and surname are collected. Data is stored on secure servers and protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.

A User may report inappropriate or fraudulent behavior. The Operator will review the report and, in case of a violation, may block or terminate the User’s account.

A User may terminate their membership on the platform at any time via their account. After termination, data will be processed in accordance with data protection rules. The Operator reserves the right to cancel an account if the User violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may advertise their services through the platform. Promotional posts must comply with applicable laws and must not be misleading. The Operator reserves the right to reject advertisements violating these Terms.

The Operator may amend or supplement these Terms. Users will be informed of changes through the platform or by email. These Terms are governed by applicable law, taking into account the local laws of the country where the User operates. Disputes will be resolved primarily out of court; unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
